Delivery & Returns
Ede & Ravenscroft ship internationally via DPD. Please note as with all overseas orders, those for delivery to the EU are now VAT free but you may be subject to local customs taxes payable by the customer at destination.
We aim to dispatch orders within five working days of ordering. Due to current circumstances this may be 6 - 8 working days. UK deliveries are usually received within one to three working days of dispatch, and for international deliveries up to fifteen working days. However, due to delays during busy periods, longer delivery times may occur, especially over the Christmas and new year periods and during the sale.
All orders are delivered using the external courier services DPD and require a signature upon delivery. Please monitor the shipping progress on the DPD website using the tracking number and link sent to you via email after dispatch. To avoid disappointment and delay, we suggest using a delivery address where someone will be present to sign for the package.
The shipping fees are calculated during the checkout process as per the table below:

- To include a contact telephone number for the delivery address.
- To ensure the correct delivery address has been entered.
- We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses, this includes DPO addresses.
For orders delivered outside the UK, products are DDU (delivery duty unpaid). Any local charges incurred must be met by the recipient of the products.
Returns and Cancellations
We hope that you are pleased with your order. However, if you are not 100% satisfied please follow the instructions and advice below.
Returns by Post
Please send back your order in the condition you received it (including the tags), making sure you include a note stating your order number. This will be stated in your order confirmation email, please keep this email as a reference to your order.
Please retain proof of postage for all returns as the goods remain your responsibility until received by Ede & Ravenscroft. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for all postage costs and fees incurred when returning goods.
If you are returning items from a country outside of the UK (inc. Channel Islands) please state on the waybill and mark the outside of the package "British Return Goods for Return" to ensure that any items, as a result of your return, do not attract further duty charges.

Returns will be accepted up to 30 days after purchase, or 14 days for sale items. During the Christmas period this time may be extended. Returns after this time period may not be accepted and will be subject to Ede & Ravenscroft’s discretion.
Please note that we cannot accept goods that we reasonably believe to have been used. In such cases, goods will be returned to the purchaser.
Once received at the above address, please allow 10 - 15 working days for a refund. Once completed you will receive a confirmation email.
Returns in Store
Alternatively you can return or exchange your order by visiting your nearest store. To find your closest store please click here. You must take a copy of your order paperwork as a receipt and the original payment card in order to return or exchange in store.
To make an exchange please contact us by emailing email@example.com. We can assist with exchanges for an alternative size and colour if available. Products not included in the original order will be treated as a new order and should be purchased separately.
It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for all postage costs and fees incurred when returning goods, however we will not charge additional delivery costs to ship out your exchange items back to you within the UK.
Outside of the UK we are unable to process an exchange, you will be asked to return your goods for a refund, and to place a new order.

If you cancel the order after it has been dispatched, it will be your responsibility to return the item back to the address stipulated on the dispatch note. Once we have received the order back, a refund for the order will be made and you will be notified via email.
If your order has not been dispatched, a cancellation will be processed and a full refund including postage will be made. You will receive a confirmation of the refund via email.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
In the event you receive an order not in 100% condition, please return immediately and a replacement or refund will be made as soon as possible.
